I am looking at my MRI results from my neck. I having trouble getting an appointment with my doctor. Could you please tell me what this means? The finding are as follows: There is disc space desiccation through the cervical spine most prominent at the C4-5 and C5-6 levels. No marked vertebral compression deformities are identified. The C2-3 and C3-4 discs grossly appear within normal limits. The are broad-based disc bulges with moderated sized central disc protrusions at the C4-5 and C5-6 levels effacing the ventral thecal sac with mild to moderate central spinal canal stenosis. The AP diameter of the canal at the C4-5 levels is 8.4mm. C6-7 disc demonstrated a mild broad-based dis bulge. C7-T1 disc appears with normal limits. No gross signal abnormalities are seen with the cervical cord.
